No. The Oasis is not a rest stop. Visitors are expected to spend time inside and enjoy nature and the activities available.

Tickets can be purchased on site. However, online booking is strongly recommended, especially on Sundays, public holidays, and during August. Booking is mandatory for certain events. Please note: reservations by phone are not available.

Yes. Payment is required when booking online through our website. You can pay via PayPal, credit/debit card, or PostePay.

Swimming is not allowed. You may dip your feet in the river, depending on the water level, which varies throughout the year. Misting areas are available near the picnic and playground areas during hot days.

Yes, dogs are welcome but must always be kept on a leash. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.

The Oasis is designed to be accessible to everyone. Main paths and service areas are flat and suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. Some internal nature trails may have uneven surfaces and may not be accessible. Our staff will be happy to recommend the best route.

Yes. The restaurant offers vegetarian dishes based on local and seasonal products. Gluten-free options are also available. We recommend informing us of any dietary requirements when booking.

In case of light or variable rain, the Oasis remains open. If weather conditions affect safety, the park may close. In that case, online tickets can be rescheduled for another date.

We recommend spending at least 3–4 hours to fully enjoy the Oasis. Last entry is allowed up to two hours before closing time.
