Pasta and cheese


Didactic tours description:

This kitchen workshop introduces some of the most representative Cilentan dishes such as cavatielli and mozzarella, involving students in their practical creation.


Mmmmmm ... how good is this pasta! But how do you make it so good? We will reveal it to you! Here, in the restaurant of the Oasi, for one day the children will become little chefs and cook the traditional Cilento "cavatelli": from the choice of non-hybrid grains flour, to the preparation of the dough, in order to give to the pasta the unique hollow shape!

And how about mozzarella cheese? How do you do it? An expert will be with us to explain the whole production process: from milking, milk processing, to the choice of herbs and leaves that give a very special taste! An interactive workshop dedicated to the great, healthy culinary tradition of Cilento, in honor of the Mediterranean Diet, a World Heritage Site!
