Description of the visit:
Educational laboratory that allows to know the coloring properties of leaves, roots and flowers of some plants and their use to dye fabrics.
Leaves, flowers and roots contain coloring properties with which since the beginning of time man has dyed natural fibers and fabrics. The vegetation of the Cilento is rich in herbs and shrubs from which, if treated with wisdom, bright natural colors are obtained. In this workshop we explain ancient processing techniques, allowing room to creativity, making you enjoy the entire process of coloring natural fibers, with your own hands and a pinch of personal taste.
