Didactic tours description:

This laboratory introduces the pedology, that is the science that studies the soil, with interactive and manual sampling and analysis of the soil.

What is the soil? What is it made of? How is it formed? Why is it important to see it closely? You will be introduced to the discipline of pedology - the science that studies the soil -, learning to collect samples of the earth and to analyze them at the touch of the fingers and with scientific instruments. You will discover that a handful of earth is not just "something that dirty your hands", but a whole world to know, full of essential information for the quality of our life and not just that.
