Didactic tours description:

This laboratory, with theoretical and practical activities in the field, allows the discovery of the various types of rocks and minerals present in the Cilento territory.

How were the rocks formed and how can they be recognized from each other? Accompanied by an expert, walking along the Alento lake, we will explain how to recognize the rocks and minerals typical of this territory. We will also learn how was formed the landscape around us. A practical exercise will reveal the processes of fossilization and sedimentation.
