Didactic tours description:
Educational path to discover alternative ways to create clean energy, respecting the surrounding environment with hydropower and photovoltaics.
What are the dams for? How are they built? What effects do they have on the microclimate and the environment? What other hydraulic works are connected to them? A tour of the river basin of the Alento river will illustrate the modern multi-purpose use of water and introduce the world of hydraulic engineering.
